I guess the "weak" schedule didn't matter last year. B1G East is better and getting better. There are only two QBs in the SEC. There are probably two, maybe 3, B1G QBs that will be first round NFL draft picks next year and one of them might not start for his team. All in the East. Would like to see an SEC team play an October, let alone, November, game in Camp Randall or East Lansing. Make it a night game. All the powers play a cupcake September with one "good" game thrown in. Ohio State's October schedule is so so but November is tough. When all the SEC teams are playing another cupcake the week before their big rivalry game in November, Ohio State plays Michigan State before going to Ann Arbor the following Saturday.

OSU got beat by an avg. VT team. Beat a rebuilding and probation Penn State team. Beat a good Mich. St. Team and beat a bad Mich. Team. I give them credit in the two game playoffs but probably wouldn't of made it there, if they played an SEC schedule.

I do think this will be a very good OSU team this season but last years team benefitted from a soft schedule.

Reductio ad absurdum. What you are arguing then is that Missouri (loser to Indiana at home), Ole Miss, Auburn (loser to Wisky), Georgia or maybe even UT (and since you are a gators fan, probably UF) would have won the B1G in 2014. That's the type of absurdism that results from groupthink.

Either that or you are arguing that 42 points (despite 2 1Q stops inside the 5), 537 yards total offense, and 281 yards rushing (subtract 85 and 195 is still far more than Alabama gave up all year) was all just luck. Don't think so.

Plus, you are forgetting Wisky over Auburn, Ole Miss destroyed by TCU, Oklahoma over Bama in 2014 and FSU over Auburn for the 2014 natty. Pretty soon SEC fans are going to have to get used to the faded glory, but gator fans can show them how.
