I was thinking Shock, Gobble, & Awe took 2nd... and you guys were 3rd...
When I took the pics, I forgot about getting the whole beard from protruding from the skin to the measurement on the tape in one total pic....

i think the rules on the pics are a bit dumb to start with.It is a contest build on trust...there are not many ways to take pics by yourself and the tape of anything be readable. i mean how do you get the pic of the entire bird in while weighing it yet still be able to read the scale?
either way it was a fun time and look forward to it again this year. TCM had a great season and most of the guys on our team were actually from here minus a few (i am reynolds243 on there BTW).
Spit and i were captins for it and most of the guys had pretty good seasons and kept up with rules. We need to make some minor changes to our team this year but anyone else from here are welcome to join if there is openings (which i am sure there will be)
there are only a few rules for team mafia
1. you have to post, you cant just log in every now and then to read. we like guys to come on and post and talk. We are in it to win it but out for a good time as well
2. you have to go into the trashing talking forum at least once and call Grizzly a sissy lol (unless he switches over to our team)
3. you have to keep up with the rules and ad-hear to them, as well as get your pics in as soon as possible. you can text spit or i the photos if need be and we will post them for you.
long way till season but man i really cant wait i am so pumped for it!

The team I was on was 13th. Me not getting a bird didn't help our score any. Hopefully I can help whatever team I am on this year more than last.

just FYI on the registration and rule changes this year.
In about a week or two we will be starting the contest registration
We have over the past years , made revisions to the contest to make it a more enjoyable experience , this year will be no different -The registration process will be somewhat simplified even more this year - start rounding up your buddies , because I will be posting up the threads very soon
1)There will be a Random registration thread , you will need to prove picture posting competency by posting a picture {any picture} to that thread - you will then be placed on a team with all random members , or on another team to fill out their roster - if you want to be on a specific team do not register to this thread -
2)This is a 2012 rule change , There will be a separate Team registration thread you guys in private....up to 12 members maximum will communicate with each other, a temporary captain will post a list of all the members that are to be on this team on my official Team registration thread for you and that will your team , any members short of 12 by the time I pick teams will be filled out with random members by me - So you now have a few weeks to round up all the members you need to fill out a specific team like all bowhunters , all members from Rhode Island , you get the idea , find them fast cause if not you will have randoms placed on the remainder of your team come February time
3)If you have less than 100 posts by the time I place members randomly on a team you will be on a all low post member team - However if a group of low post members want to form their own team or a regular team captain wants that low post member on his team , have that captain list you on the team registration thread and your are registered - After I finalize the first set teams by listing them on a roster February time , there will be no revisions allowed - you are stuck with them , so make darn sure they will be a participating member
4) Warning to deadbeats , if you registered to a contest in the past , and turned out to be a deadbeat..... before I pick teams by failing to communicate with your team mates , you will be ejected from the contest , we will simply erase your name from any roster

he just means guys to got on a team and never posted in it or did anything....was basically MIA after they were added to a team.

I need you guys to keep a running list of team members.... so I know how many you have.... if we need to take it to Spits forum, we can....
so far it is just Spit, longspur and I but i know Bvoss was on our team last year plus one or 2 other from tndeer but i cant remember who at the moment.

We will have room. We had a full team last year but 2 of the guys never really played.
