He's been great for sure, just not 10/15/22. Maybe he will be again.

Why don't these schools start writing in contingency provisions that coaches/staff have to meet? Recruits, wins, offensive production, player retention metrics...you know, like most of us have to live up to in order to keep a job?

They paid Gus nearly $22M to not coach and look and what Jimbo is due if he keeps losing.
Because the coaches agents wouldn't let them sign a contract like that. Like it or not, the market is driving these contracts

Yep. A coach does his job well, and gets paid to keep doing it. Or, he does his job poorly, and gets paid more NOT to do his job. I think I'll give that a try. I'll let you know how it works out!! 😆 😆
