Back to the drawing board??

I like the idea of trying all 3 if they are healthy, I would think this is the one position that he would make better. I was disappointed in the play of the QB this game but understand it is still early in his reign.

My fear is the way he is stuck on Milton and to a lesser extent Hooker is that Bailey is going to leave, Milton won't work out and we'll have to start all over next year. Or worse yet, with Hooker done and Bailey gone, it'll be Milton and a freshman with Milton being "the best option" and we'll have to suffer through him next year like we did the last couple of years with Guarantano.

Interesting article here.

"Hendon Hooker had more success as a starting quarterback at Virginia Tech than Milton did at Michigan. Hooker has been better— and I can't stress this next part enough— in his very limited playing time.

Time may show that Milton's better than his first five quarters or that Hooker is worse than his first three, but to date Hooker has been UT's best quarterback."

The ceiling is higher with Milton. Accuracy is the issue.
Hooker was a turnover machine in practice.

Bailey isn't doing enough to win the job. Couldn't beat out JG or Maurer last year, took injuries to get him on the field. Then he was average against regular defenses. Padded his stats against prevent defense. And he's slow.

Put him in the portal and see how fast he gets snatched up by a quality team .

Somebody that actually meet at the 50
Works for me. Put him in the portal and see how fast he gets spun out of there and actually used at one of the top programs. In two or three seasons he will be killing it.

In before the outraged fans call for the coaches head on a platter.
