I went to High School with a Guy who is now a football coach at a big-time FL High School that is already training his 3 year old. He played through College and his wife is/was an elite gymnast and fitness instructor. The kid should have good DNA.

Just to much pressure on a kid,thats what it's all about. Force them in what they can eat ,when and what time. Pressure,pressure. That's why a gifted athlete turned to drugs and crime. Just don't let him fail.
I must have watched the wrong video,saw a lot more than ladder drills.
