Saw a prediction this morning where Bama comes to Knoxville in the first round. Yes please !

That would be an incredible atmosphere! Unfortunately the BVS in me thinks we lose next week and end up being the 10 or 11 seed and having to play a road playoff game against another SEC school instead of one of the weaker opponents like Miami or BYU or PSU.

The team appears to have gone up another level; I hope that is the case.

Alabama players have shown better focus and attitude on the field in the last few games. There is not as much celebration goofiness going on. I think the coaches may have found the proper balance between players having fun and focusing on getting the job done during practice which transfers to the field.

Coach DeBoer has had to tweak the offense over the season based on Milroe's strengths and weaknesses. Milroe looks like he has improved his pre- and post-snap processing.

While I mentioned that Milroe seems to be processing the offense better, he is still a question mark when it comes to defenses that can stop the run and force him to win with his arm.

I'd have to see it to believe it. I think he could win a one off game of sorts against a team with a good defense but if he had to win 2-3 weeks in a row against a team with a solid defense committed to not letting him run the ball I just don't see him being able to do it. Maybe he will prove me wrong though.

I can see the top 5-6 teams in the SEC having two losses, or maybe only Texas with one loss. If that happens Alabama will play for the conference championship based on criteria. No one team has played all the same teams as the others, so the tie breaker is the combined record in conference play. Check my math, I may be wrong.

How would a vols fan know anything about that? A Georgia fan yes. A ALABAMA YES. BUT vols haven't played anyone twice in over twenty years. Yall haven't been relevant.
