We played Oklahoma
Roll Tide; Beat Auburn. I hope beating Auburn and Georgia in the same year doesn't become the new measuring stick for a successful season. Losing next week would really stink.

Yup. Still got The Iron Bowl. It's been a disappointing season but losing next week would be very disappointing. This team has looked very good at times and very bad at times. It'll be interesting to see how they respond when the playoffs are off the table.
Serious question. Other than the first half of the UGA game, when have they looked good?

I really love how half this thread PB wants to argue how the rankings before the season carry enough weight to overcome what happened during the season on the field. Why even play the season then? Just pick 12 teams and let there be a playoff. That should have zero impact on the selection imo. But I'm sure it won't be the last time you reference the saban era when you were last relevant going forward. Just enjoy it for what it was bud, but it's over. Say what you want, but NIL has made college football one wild ride. You got money you can get the players. The talent is being distributed and it's crazy and fun to watch across the board!

Spot on. When Vandy can field a team that knocks off some of the big boys, how is that a bad thing?
It's completely changed the game. These 5 star kids aren't sitting on the bench at three schools waiting until their junior year to get some playing time. They are coming out the gate playing somewhere that's paying them. It's awesome imo.
