FL won 4-3. Had chances, but couldn't pull it off.
What is troubling is this:
15 of our 27 outs were by strikeout. This after 13 of our 27 outs in game 1 we're by strikeout.
That is crazy.

Sofvols get the 2nd win at KY and SEC conference championship. Go for the sweep of KY today. Also regarding 3 Lady Vols: Gotthshall, Milloy and Pickens Named Top 26 Finalists for USA Softball Player of the Year

Both baseball and softball teams are very good this year. That's 2 SEC Championships in a row for the ladies. Congrats on winning the sec. It's tough to do 2 years in a row.
Bama baseball has struggled away from home this year and the softball team has struggled at the plate.

SOFVOLS get the sweep over KY and sec championship to end regular season. SEC tournament starts May 9th
BASEVOLS thumped FL in game 3 to win the series.
Got a series left at VANDY and in Knoxville against SC, and 2 nonconference games. BASEVOLS are also sitting in prime spot to win part of or an outright SEC conference championship (as long as they finish these last 8 games strong).
SEC tournament starts 21 MAY.
Both VOLS teams sitting at #3 national ranking and should be hosting for NCAA tournament when it starts.
