I have often wondered how long it actually took a deer to shed his velvet.
Apparently not very long.
Same deer one day with the next day without.
Pretty wild.

Yep. Last year I had a buck on one of my cams at 7 am in velvet. Later that afternoon at 6 pm, he showed up on another cam not too far away with a couple of loose strands of velvet hangin off between his g2 and g3's, and that was it. Pretty cool!
