Carlson .575 gives a good all around pattern.

I'm looking at that one and kicks .560

Some of your tighter constrictions blow the pattern apart, but they may shoot a really tight core. It just depends what your gun likes and what you want. I like a more consistent pattern I'm getting 250+ in a 10" circle with apex 9s at 40 yards.
