The HBC was born in FL and since going to college he has maintained a residence in FL. He was never going to come to UT and run a Wing-T offense. Spurrier was a throwing QB and his local postmaster got him hooked up with UF's head coach.
The only way UT would of got the HBC is if he stuck with basketball.... Spurrier makes fun of other schools but it always seems to sting more when it's TN.... :rotf:
