well I minced a couple deseeded jalapeños, and a small yellow onion, sautéed in some oil, let it cool down while mixing a box of McCormick hush puppy mix. Threw in a handful of shredded cheddar and a handful of bacon bits and the jalapeños and onions. They were some of the best I've had.
