I'll second this one. Been using one for years and the zipper blade is the best for opening up the skin without getting hair everywhere.

Outdoor edge. Sharp as a scalpel and when it's not you throw the blade away and put a new one on.

I use a Wyoming. 2" blade with gut hook. All metal. Unscrew 2 screws to clean everything good. Touch up with a strop and that thing stays razor sharp.
