Jason Witten deserves a mention here, he's been an absolute stud for the Cowboys. Great dude too.

Chad Pennington had a great career in the NFL, but he the best QB stats belong to Billy Wade who was in the NFL from 1954-66. I had never heard of him. He played for Vandy.
Witten has better receiving numbers than Lynn Swann.
Little Man Stewart is the leading rusher.
BTW, Too Tall Jones is second to Reggie in defensive stats with Patrick Willis just behind him.
Also, I would put up a TN all-time, all-star team against any other state !
