i didnt start making them myself until the waverly cafe and pebble isle quit selling them after the covid debacle for some reason. i know walmart didnt have corned beef for a while after that so maybe there was a shortage.

thats a good deal on that meat. i bought some a couple of weeks ago at walmart and it was 11 bucks a pound.
