Haha thanks! Was sitting in my spot I had planned on doing a all day sit, only had seen 1 deer and around 11:30. I see a big buck chase a doe by me at full speed and didn't get a shot. In shock and with the hope he comes back I shifted about 10 yards because I'm hunting on the ground. About 30 min later 12:00 on the dot here he comes alone. Shot him at 15 yards with my muzzloader and he made it about 20 and was in pure shock, I've never seen a deer that big!

Congrats bud, that's a dandy. Great story!
 
The part of the story he left out is that he got a glimpse of that buck, or another big one, last year in a 7 acre briar patch. He hasn't stopped talking about it since. All I've heard about is "the monster in the briar patch". I was standing right next to him last season when he spotted it, but I didn't see it. I did see a bunch of rubs the size of my thigh though. So last Friday, He waded into that nasty briar patch, sat on the ground near a small opening and killed that buck at 15 yards.
