Former Tennessee Coach Bill Battle passed today. He was 82.

RIP Bill .
Coach Battle was a fine, Christian man. He was a really good coach with Dickey's players he inherited.
He basically was too good of a person to get down in the sewer of SEC recruiting at the time, and his record in later years reflected that.
May he RIP.

What a tremendous career. Wins a National Chamionship at ALABAMA and eventually makes his way back home to ALABAMA as athletic director. What a glorified career. May he Roll Tide in Heaven !
