Blackstone Griddle

Peppers Onions, Smoked Sausage, & Zucchini on the grill. Kathy had Mashed Potatoes, Pinto Beans, Cornbread, and Saurkraft inside. Thanks to my son's friend for the spicy pepper mix (Jalapeños, Pickles, Onions, something HOT).
 
Looks great Carl,I like to split the sausages some times to get more crust on them,what did you throw on the Zucchini?

Mike, I dipped the Zucchini in an egg wash and rolled them in Ritz Crackers crumbs. I believe I cut them too thick and they didn't crisp up like I would have liked. The Kielbasa cracked open good and had a good crust. Very good meal.
 
probably not enuf oil to crisp them I have been cutting them long ways to make it easier to fry :tu:
