New rub rail,other one had a couple bad spots.Led navigation lights and trickstep installed today.Only thing left to do is new seats,replace a couple bolts on a mount that was already installed when I bought it.Heads on the bolts are rounded out and don't look good,lol.Also trying to get some step material cut to match my triton fender mats I installed.

Nice. I noticed the wedge under your trolling motor. That's probably super important for 360 I'm guessing?
