I have been fortunate enough to take 3 birds this season as of now. I know my wife really wants me to get that 4th one so I can be home more. HA! I have never bow hunted a turkey. I think I will try to take number 4 with my bow. I have a good ground blind to use for this. Any of you fellow turkey hunters have any good ideas or anything to add to my planning?
I guess I will sit the blind up in a strut zone and put a strutter decoy out on top of a hen. From what I hear the best place to put the arrow is in the back. What do ya think?

You have to shoot lower than you would think. I call it shooting them through the Hips, where their legs attach to their body! Good luck!

shoot low like winchester said i dead centered one couple years ago it started to flop around then got up and slowly walked off, me and my buddy tracked it 150yds or so just like you would a deer and never found it, there was blood all over the arrow and spots on the ground here and there
