Bow in the Garage

My concern about leaving it in the garage would be temp changes, which lead to humidity. Watch it closely for condensation/rust. FWIW all of mine are in my home office. Kids are 6, 5, and 2 and they don't touch. My wife took inventory the other night though and started asking a lot of questions.

I remember when I came over. My bonus room gets really hot in the summer and don't want to put it up there. I probably will either keep it in the garage till it gets hot or keep it in the case and buy some silicone packs to put in the case to absorb moisture.

Wow! That was HARSH!

Really funny, but harsh! I liked it!

UTGrad, keep it in your garage or in your house. It shouldn't get so hot as to damage the bow. It is not like a car where it can get 130-160 degrees in short order on warm day. Unless your garage is one of the little metal ones, you should be fine.

it's hard for me to imagine having a wife that wont let you display your mounts in the house or hang your bows in the junk room. when I'm lucky enough to kill something, she is already trying to figure out how to display it. She only gits mad if I buy new equipment because she knows it will be just as dead with the old stuff.
