Yes,it seems that trouble follows Treon! It is gonna look pretty bleak for Florida fans I'm afraid,no QB thats serviceable!! :pop:

The Hei sman,I don't like it,its a team game, whos to say there isn't an O lineman or safety who is the best player???? BTW I think Bama has 1 Heisman winner, what would you rather have,a Heisman winner,or Bamas record over the years?

Normally Heiman winners are on teams that go undefeated or lose game or two. Considering that UT will again lose 5 or 6 games next season it would make it impossible for Dobbs to win.

Looks like the people that made that list must have a little faith in the vols going 10-2, or they would have not put dobbs on it:) I think they will go 7-5 or 8-4 but its nice to know some outsiders have faith:)

Didnt see any gators on the list? O yeah because there gonna go 6-6 or worse

gator, you might want to do a little research before you make some dumb statements.Paul Hornugh won the Heisman and Notre Dame only won 2 or 3 games that year.I'll point out another dumb statement you made about Tennessee, you think Tennessee will lose 6 games next year.On many scorecards Tennessee will be the odds on favorite to win the east next year. The orange swarm will be coming to a field near you next year. :rotf:

Yeah but for Dobbs to win the heisman he would need to play lights out the entire year and if he does they win 9,10,11 games! If we go 7-5 then he had a couple bad games! Most heisman winners dont have a couple bad games:/ and most heisman winners knock off a good team also like maybe bama? Or another other big time team we face next year.

Lol... If you think in the modern era of football that a player can win the Heisman on a bad team than I have been given you too much credit... Just kidding because we don't give your sports post much merit... :tu:

The word "normally" was used because I took in consideration the old days before all the media boom...

Just pointing out something you probably didnt know, most posters on here I'm sure, know you have to win most of their games to win the Heisman.Personally,I dont watch the popularity contest after Peyton didnt receive his,oh well! :poke:

Didn,t Tebow win the Heisman on a 4 loss Gator team?

He did but I believe he was the first QB to throw for over 30 tds and rush for over 20 tds in a season. Also they only lost 3 games when he got the trophy but lost to Mich. in the bowl game.

If I remember right, they put a spanking on FSU that season.... :tu:
