BROWNING DARKS OPS HAS STOPPED TAKING NIGHT TIME PHOTOS

Both of my Dark Ops were screwed up brand new out of box. Their customer service sucks and were rude as hell. Browning only stamps their name on them for the sales. Hope you have better luck than I did!

I had the same happen last year and emailed them. They sent me a hardware update that was easy to do and worked flawlessly since.

Had good customer service from them. I have the Blk Ops from Cabelas, about 3 yo. Just called them today They have a link on their website to save to an SD card and update your camera in about 5 minutes. I've had 2 conversations with CS and both reps were kind. My battery tray is cracked so I was going to order one. The rep said they'd send it to me for free including shipping. This camera is better than any Stealth or Cudde or Moultrie I've owned.

I broke a door latch on mine. Called to see if I could buy replacement parts. He said to go online and there is a link for common replacement parts. Entered my name, address, model, and part and it arrived the same week for free. Mine is new this year so I'm of no help for the original question, but my limited customer service interaction was very positive.

Had the same thing happen with one of mine. Called customer service, they recommended changing to a regular SD card, not a micro SD card in an adapter. Also recommended using class 10 cards. I switched cards and problem was solved. For some reason, nighttime pictures take longer to write to the card than daytime pics, so that's why there are issues with the micro SD cards and lower write speed cards.
