Browning Question

I have a Browning Defender Wireless Scout Pro set to video. When I go to the website the thumbnails just look like regular pics with no play option. When I go to the app there is a "play button" but it doesn't do anything. Do I have to pull the card to watch the video or what?

You have to order the HD option for the video to play unless you manually go get the SD card
