Last week in my backyard behind my shop, sighting in a friends 22 rifle at 50yds, the deer are about 90yds under a acorn tree, that's a little buck out in the field. We sat there and laughed, they would look at us and go back to eating acorns.

One of my nieces just moved to a small town in the Bitterroot Valley just south of Missoula, Montana. When the snow conditions in the surrounding mountains gets bad, all the big game move down into the valley. She will have elk, mule deer and whitetails in her yard all at the same time. I told her she needs to get her resident hunting license. Lots of free meat!
