Let's look at their first 4 years as a head coach... CBJ went 31-21 vs CWM went 28-21... Umm. CBJ did it at E. Mich. and Cincy vs CWM at FL (SEC). I know many Vol fans think CWM is a bad coach, what does that say about CBJ? I didn't even mention that CBJ is 0-2 against CWM and has a losing record in the SEC 11-13.

FL fires CWM and TN gives CBJ a raise.... Good stuff since its stats day... GO Gators... :super:

:stir: There you go again, providing stats to bolster people's opinion about Mushchamp, you never give up do you.Butch Jones is head and shoulders above Mushchamp.Mushchamp didnt do anything but drag Florida to the pits that Dooley brought to Tennessee.Florida had high recruits but Mushchamp didnt know how to use them.Butch Jones is one of the top recruiters in the nation and it's showing.McELwain had the #77 recruiting class last season and is doing nothing in recruiting at Florida this season.I believe Florida fans will get tired of him in a hurry,if he cant show he can recruit top players!!

In my opinion: your stats show that Butch Jones acquired a program that was in a much more dire situation than Will Muschamp did when he took over at Florida. It is a much more difficult task that Coach Jones has had to face than that of Coach Muschamp. They had to play with what they were given and Muschamp's record shows he failed to get the job done. Butch Jones is getting it done but it is not going to get done overnight or in just a couple of seasons. I am not disputing your stats but we all know stats can be used to make all kinds of points and can be twisted in many directions depending on who is using the stats to make a point. Yes, I agree with you more often than not, but truthfully the stats tell so much more than just the points you make. :pop:

Don't forget CBJ did it at E. Mich. and Cincy, lower level and followed Brian Kelly. CWM came in after Meyer went 8-5 and lost control of the team on and off the field. You can't always look through orange blinders... :tu:

I totally respect your use of stats but I also remember taking stats class in college and even the professor said stats tell both the good and the bad and personal perception will often dictate whether or not a person sees the stats as good stats or bad stats. I consider myself to be a realist and I totally respect other opinions but I realize other people's opinions are driven by their own desires and beliefs, so I realize getting someone to agree with my opinion is more than often impossible and not expected because my opinions are driven by my personal beliefs and personal experiences. We can all agree to disagree but when it comes down to admitting who is right and who is wrong, we will seldom agree! I have never even seen a orange pair of blinders!!! Lol lol.

I agree with you... These stats were presented because of an earlier post that used stats that weren't even relevant. My problem solving class in college would agree with your post... :)

You are a wealth of knowledge g-n-b. Not only for Florida football, but for SEC football as well. You have my utmost respect and I always enjoy reading your posts and responses. Carry on! Let 's see how long it is before I disagree with you again! :super: :poke:

Lets compare in couple years, your program will be in gutters like ours was and then we'll see

What voltage is your crystal ball set on... :rotf: The team in the gutter continues to beat your team??? Too many great H.S players in FL to recruit. FL will be alright and I wouldn't be surprise to see the winning streak hit the 20 mark... :tu:

I'm looking for a major shift between these two schools, who knows maybe Vols will win 10 or more in a row

FL 22-6 since 1976..... Tn has only beat FL 9 times since the 50's. Too much talent in FL with all those H.S. kids .. I'm afraid you are over looking history and UT couldn't beat a 4-8 Fl.

It really wouldn't surprise me if the Vols win in 2015, let me rephrase that. The Vols should win in 2015. It will be a good chance for them, they already blew a great chance this year. Now 10 in a row? [emoji23] What have you been smokin'

According to your thinking then you guys will not beat fla st maybe couple in next 50 years
What???? You really didn't think that one thru did ya? [emoji15] The UF vs FSU record is 34-23-2 with UF leading. In the last 10 years UF has won 6 and FSU 4 with UF's last win in 2012. Now, of course we know about the last 10 years with UT vs UF [emoji11] In the last 30 years UF has won 23 and UT 7. I'll stick with what I said earlier, I think your smokin' something! [emoji38]
