Thanks to my ruthless law school schedule, my ability to hunt has been severally limited. However, I finished my final exam last Monday and was able to do some serious hunting to finish out the season.
The Good Lord blessed me with some exciting hunts as I was able to harvest a gobbler on Fri, Sat, and Sun to get my limit.
These gobblers were very difficult to work. In fact, I wasn't able to call either of them to my location. However, the birds were more than happy to gobble and give their location away. Thanks to the wet weather, I was able to pinpoint each gobbler's location and sneak within gun range.
I already posted my bird from Fri. Here are some pics of the other birds. I wish I was able to actually be in one of the pics, but I was hunting by myself and only had my cell phone.
#3: Good 3yr old. 10 inch beach with 1 inch spurs
#4: Solid 11 inch bird. Good 4yr old with 1 1/8 inch spurs.
