Caney Fork catfish

Anyone catch and eat cats from the caney? I am guessing they probably eat really good coming from that cold, clear water... I got this one right below the spillway last night. Gonna fry it today

I'm hoping to get out there this summer and fish it for the first time. I have heard the fishing can be great there. Good looking trout there Cat!

Only caught a couple cats outta there and tossed em back- nice fish and enjoy the kitty!

It may be all in my head but I think there is really a difference in the taste of the cats that come out of the caney. It's about the only place I keep catfish.
