Probably shrimp, cut skipjack, or chicken for me. I don't catfish but a time or two a year though.

Depends where I'm fishing. Cut bream, chicken, skipjack or regular shad are on top of the list.

I have also used chicken breast fishing the cumberland river, we used chicken breast cut up soaked in with the chicken livers. Whats funny is still the channel cat hits the chicken livers and I catch blues on the chicken breast period. You would think it would cross them up but it didn't. RSIMMs uses chicken breast made a believer out of me and dad was a hard one to change his mind but nothing like fish on the line to change your mind!!

Chicken Breast works on the MS as well.
