I did not, but pay no attention to their rankings until Selection Day.

if it's that close then the winner should be number 1 and the loser number 2 [emoji38]OHSmitty":3drfnbzb said:cbhunter":3drfnbzb said:TreyB":3drfnbzb said:IMO I think LSU should be #1 and then OSU...
Agreed but this weekend should straighten that right out.
Whichever team wins should take over the top spot unless its a 7-3 type win and we know what the chances of that are.
Reasonable takes. As I've said before, the 12/8 poll is the one that matters. Assuming Ohio State handles busines Saturday, I think Bama/LSU is a battle for #2 at this stage. But all that matters is finishing in the top 4. I've also said every game in November is a playoff game, and the Committee sure sent that message. Unless there is chaos, I don't see a loser Saturday making it in.
What about a 47-43 score in the Bama/LSU game? Why should an offense optional game matter but not a defense optional game?

Although I'm not sure how the loser don't get in given they win out. Losing to the number 2 or 3 team in the country don't generally hurt you too bad in the grand scheme of things. I do predict both LSU and bama being in the final 4 teams. Just my opinion unless something totally crazy happens. However the loser of Ohio state and penn state will definitely be out IMO. YMMV
