My brother has had quite a few encounters with this guy so far this year. Last night was the closest he has been, unfortunately they met each other as my brother was making his way in for the evening hunt so he wasn't able to get a shot off. We have named him Moose, because my brother said the first time he saw him that is what he reminded him of. This is up in my hometown in Indiana and within city limits so my brother cannot hunt with firearms. I told him that next year he should invest in one of those PCP air guns they make for big game hunting since they aren't considered a firearm.
