City Deer

I also worry about shooting on with a bow and having it run a neighborhood yard. However, the deer where I live are totally out of control and need to be thinned. I think many would understand but there a lot of pet deer out there. If I had no where to to hunt I would definitely be smacking them though. Someone needs too

Bristol TN game warden threatened to persecute anyone hunting in city limits, he said the attorney would to the fullest even when I said wirh a bow. I have 52 area behind my house full of deer. He said I cannot. It's clearly away from houses. Any answers
Fullest persecution from an attorney sounds brutal.

The city owns the land. It could potentially lead to many citations.
Yeah. That's totally different. I thought he was saying he has 52 acres, not that he neighbors 52 acres. If they own the land then it's a no go. I'm deleting the prior post to avoid any confusion.

Why's that ?
You know. Cause seek daddy can't take it. Or…maybe some follow the rules.

The town I live in you can't hunt in town limits either. But the town police have deer shoots. Makes no sense. I've been trying to get them sell a limited number of permits to hunters For years.

I have deer in my backyard (5acres) but have never hunted it. Been tempted.
