Mmmm, looks great. Much simpler than my "competition" style chicken recipe.
i used to do leg quarters but cant find them fresh around here since cash saver took over the grocery store.
skin up. then i finish on the grill skin side down until crispy brown then turn over and sauce them and let it carmelize. internal temp on mine is around 180 or so when finished. theyre super moist and tender.
