We just got our boat down here and looking to get out and do some fishing. What are some good Crappie waters in middle TN?

If you're willing to make a bit of a drive (4 hrs or so I'd guess), Sardis lake just north of Oxford MS is one of the best crappie lakes in the country. There's a 12 inch minimum just to give you an idea of the slabs they have down there.

i wouldn't be opposed to a drive once and a while for that!
