Several old timers had told me they used to catch good crappie in the past, until now the only ones we caught were very small (3-5) inches. The bigger crappie have now started to come up the creek for whatever reason. I grew up on a creek and am very great full to be able to raise my children on one also. We have started to explore more of the creek by using sit on top kayaks, hopefully more fish to come.
