I use my grunt and can call occasionally. I use the grunt more, especially right now. I do call blind as well as calling deer I see. Deer here are very vocal right now.
I typically just sit quiet the whole time. I've never had any luck rattling, but have had some younger, smaller bucks come in to a bleat can/buck grunt combo.

I use the doe bleat a lot almost season long. If I'm hunting a bedding area and suspect a buck is laid down close by, I remain silent and also do not use doe estrus or buck urine.

I sit quiet mostly. I may do a series of doe bleats and grunts once or twice during the hunt but don't like the thought of a big deer circling down wind and not seeing it.
I will bleat and grunt at a deer going the opposite direction. I bleated at 2 of my top 3 scoring deer as they appeared to be walking away. Not sure if that's what worked but both ended up at 40 yds.

I never sit quiet whole time. How much i rattle, grunt, bleat all depends on a lot of factors. Some of the factors are:
Time of year
Terrain feature I'm hunting
Is the spot a feed area or rut funnel
Deer movement in general
Weather
Hunting pressure
Movement has been slow to non-existent this season, but picking up now. I called most all morning. Every 15 minutes or so.
Years ago I called a lot of bucks in with a grunt call. These days I sit quietly. No calls, scents, or anything fancy.
I use the can call and grunt call on occasion but don't go crazy with it.

If I hunted the same permanent stand or box on private land, I'd be much more selective about calling.
I'm running and gunning on public and calling a lot and often is fun. If I see deer and I'm in a good spot I can ride the hole and sit there all day.
If I'm seeing deer in the distance, I will cut the distance and move to get within range of the deer. Climb up and settle in.
If Im not seeing much sign or deer after sitting for a few hours I might move 1/4mile or more. Then immediately after hooking up I get into some calling. Time of year depends on how aggressive I get.
If you are in big woods areas with vast amounts of swamp or timber, moving every few hours and calling more often I believe will get you more buck encounters.
I have grunted a few bucks into range before. One big nine point I grunted from an adjoining property to ours . I have rattled some that I thought may have come to the sound but could not swear to it . I try to be careful when rattling though ....don't want to run deer off . Time of year has alot to do with it and the mood of a buck does too . I've called some and they come in on a string and others look your way but have no interest at all . Don't use scents at all anymore.
All the above. How much depends on current circumstances. Sometimes I probably look like a fool. Other times I look like a statue. Just depends

It depends, I've spooked deer by using calls, I've called them in with calls. But in answer to the question, I'll use doe bleats every 30 minutes or so, then I'll be quiet. Blind calls usually, it's mostly sporadic at best.
