Cusinart 9cup food processor

Just kidding. We have one too. I have to fish it out from under the counter once a year or so, usually during the Holidays. I think she use it for chopping nuts for baking. I used it once to shred some potatoes for hash-browns, but realized the cleanup wasn't worth the effort and have used the manual grater ever since. And If I were chopping nuts I'd probably just use a knife.

Got a wolfgang puck some where, have a slicer shredder for the kitchenaid mixer that's a lot easier to clean up and simpler to use,

pureing tomatoes for sauce and other stuff from the garden when im canning, bluegill dip, used to make the best hot dogs and duck pate. my wife bought me one of those little NINJA machines and its bad arse. if you get into charcuterie some recipes call for emulsified meat and you have to have a processor.

I have beat several of them to death.

Take tuna fish and the fixin's and dump into food processor. pulse a few times. Voila!

You want to make your own bread crumbs for fried chicken? Set your toaster to burn and once they have cooled (I generally do this several days in advance) crumble into the FP and then hit pulse.
