My Accura MR's stock has become stickier than it was last year. so I emailed BPI last night to see if they had any fixes for me. I had an email from them this morning asking for images of it, which I sent them and a few hours later have new replacement butt stock and forend on the way to fix it like new. Impressed with how quickly they responded.

CVA has had great customer service for years. Several years ago I bought on of their Blazers. It was basically a barrel on a shaped 2X4 and you were lucky to hit the ground with it. I was at the Great Outdoor Experience at Bristol Speedway and talked to the CVA reps. They told me to send it back. In about 6 weeks UPS delivered another muzzleloader to my house. Later that day my wife called from her work and said I had a package from BPI. I had shipped the first gun back from her work. The second gun was an Optima. There have been other times I have called about parts and have always had them replaced for free.

Sticky stock on the Accura V2 I bought for my daughter as well. I've debated about getting in touch with CVA or trying to strip the gunk off and paint it. I've gotten pretty good at rattle can camo.

Bought a plug from them and had my cc# hacked, 2 charges in Britain, somebody there snatched the number. sent a email and they never responded. Besides my savage I have never bought anything but CVA new but never again.

I lost my ramrod last night in a cedar thicket. Called today and they're sending another one at no charge.
I told the customer service rep about this thread. 😝

My stock and forearm were supposed to be here yesterday. Ups got the package to their local sort just 7 miles from me, and for some reason sent it to freaking Minnesota. Oh well, maybe it will get to me eventually.
