D%#$ Bear!

I guess they're just curious. I had a cam knocked down by a bear a couple years back right here at the house and he followed it down the ridge, knocking it around (it was taking pics the whole time).

We had this little guy visit last night. Walked right up to the door. We haven't had any bear damage, but we're real careful not to leave stuff out since I left a door a truck door open and one went in after my wife's bag of Bugles.

I wonder if the twra would issue you a nuisance permit for the bear? Or maybe they could come set up a trap cage and relocate the bear? It would be hard to let your kids play outside without sitting outside with your gun to protect them with bears running around. Glad we don't have bears in mid tn.

I'm not picking on your or anything but, yes TWRA will come and relocate it if it's problem which usually the presence of a bear is a problem to most people. I have raised my kids where bears are present but, we also have copper heads and rattle snakes. My list of worries living here in these mountains are 1 yellow jackets, 2 poison ivy, 3 copper heads/rattlers, 4 bears.
