Dang aggravating

Had two nice young bucks that I had been watching all summer. Both needed another year or two, Neighbors got one during archery and the other bought it yesterday during rifle.

That sucks, i know how you feel! What's worse than that is when you misidentify a young buck and kill him yourself. Don't ask me how i know!

That can be frustrating for sure. Maybe some other bucks will move in the area.

It stings...I know...but now that space is open for other bucks to fill...never know what may show up!

It doesn't bother me when it's legal. What really gets me is how the majority are killed illegally in my area. TWRA couldn't hardly keep the decoy upright this past weekend, it just kept on getting shot and shot.

I feel your pain. I pass a lot of deer, with all the 3.5 year olds and couple 4.5's I passed early last year, there should have been some really good bucks around here this year. The boy that used to have the farm behind us didn't deer hunt much and he and his dad let little ones go too. Property changed hands a couple years ago. Think whoever owns it now is letting several on to hunt and they are killing everything I pass up. What's worse, they are pushing in over a mile from where their property starts to get in on top of us. They have a hundred acres of an crops on the other end.

My stance for next year may be a lot different.
