Oh no they would never do that. I've had to say something to fisherman who were actually casting among my decoys. They just grinned and laughed they knew darn well but they were doing.

Had one set up right in the edge of our decoys last year to crappie fish right at shooting time. Would have been bad if a low flying teal had shown up from that direction at that time....

I also one time had a fisherman receive a phone call while he was close to my decoys. His noisy phone call lasted close to 20 minutes during which time he drifted right up next to them. Discussing business this business that blah blah blah. When I came out from behind my camo netting shotgun in hand and waved at him he merely smiled and waved back and kept on talking blah blah blah yak yak yak.

Honestly it's probably where TWRA burnt a blind and thats what didn't burn and you found it, still sucks tho.
