Dawgs vs horns

It's ok Pillsbury, you can admit that other teams are catching up with your beloved elephants.
While other teams are improving...... So is ALABAMA. They are the ones setting the bar. Everyone is just trying to catch up.

And trust me they are. You would have to have your buried in the sand not to see it. And by the way, Alabama nor Georgia played a complete game in the SEC championship. Georgia outplayed bama for 3 quarters. Kirby gave Bama a gift at the 50. That was the game changer. You are right though, Bama is the benchmark when it comes to college football. All I'm saying is teams like Georgia and Clemson have closed the gap substantially.

My point is that Georgia is a top 4 team and deserves to be in. And who's to say that it wouldn't change the outcome of the playoff? They have already proven that they can beat Bama. If they are in the playoff, they have just as good of a chance to win it than Bama does. They spanked bama's butt for 3 quarters. That midfield blunder of a 4th down at midfield changed everything in my opinion. Notre Dame doesn't deserve to get in until they play a conference schedule in my opinion. Notre Dame is the darling of the media, so they will always get in when they have a good record regardless of who they play.
2 straight losses when it mattered doesn't prove they can beat Bama. Literally, it means the exact opposite.

I read that yesterday and agree with it. This loss could serve as a great catalyst for a very young team to grow tremendously or it could end up being the straw that broke the camels back for a team with some obvious division amongst the ranks...of course this all depends on the mentality of the players and coaches

Looking forward to the pressure Kirby's about to face. There's been a lot of money to gear GA to the N/C. JF leaving is probably just the start and the boosters aren't going to be happy for long with all that cash they been throwing around.

Coaching staff failing to adjust . Just part of the problems I see at Georgia.

When things are going right for them all is well . But when they find themselves up against a team that makes adjustments on the fly is where they have the biggest problems IMHO

Fields leaving is a bigger deal than most want to think. IF Fromm gets hurt they are screwed.
