Have roughly 400 acre deer lease in Hawkins Co., but 200 acres are currently for sale. It has been managed and nothing less than 8pt has been taken for the last 5 years. 4 members max. Lots of does on property. Only issue is zero turkeys (hard to believe I know). I would be willing to trade our current open position on lease if someone had a similar productive (turkey hunting only) area I could take my wife and son to close to Greene Co.
