Who's got a good breakfast sausage recipe?

I use cabelas breakfast sausage seasoning.

Go out to sausagemaker.com and check out all of the sausage spice mixes. I have bought a bunch from there including breakfast sausage and chorizo. If you are going to make patties or link sausage then you definitely need a good mix of fat.
