Deer Heart

The heart is the only thing I keep when I kill a deer.

Deer heart + lard + cast iron skillet + a little heat = Yum YUM!
 
Great video....she really breaks it down into some very intricate details. makes it look like a whole lot more work than it really is. I just wish they'd showed a good way to cook it. I still say the heart is the best piece of meat on a deer.
