Deer hunting Ed Carter unit

So I have a lease in Claiborne county , the ed Carter unit is within 20 mins of were my lease is . I have read that the buck rule is min of 4 points on one side which is a plus in my opinion. I'm curious if anyone in here hunts it much ?

If it's like the rest of royal blue it's overran with sxs, best to have a sxs and a good winch. Was shocked at all the traffic up there a couple years ago, large groups running the trails ragged, holes so deep a regular 4 wheeler had problems.
