Some that weren't bright enough to look at the regs and didn't realize season is over, or those who thought the private land hunt was going on this week.

I spent 30 years as a classroom teacher in Tennessee, reading comprehension was the downfall of all other subjects. I guess I saw this coming but it's still ridiculous.

No those come from local law enforcements I have been told, never heard they were listed in a harvest log of any kind.

if you shoot one last evening of season, but don't find it for a day or so, should you not report it even if recovery is after season closes? just wondering...

I would call TWRA and ask, lot easier to keep stuff straight before trying to move or cut horns off. local officer might want to have a look.
