My colesterol is threw the roof so I was thinking about Maybe oven baked tendlerloin never tried it that way anyone tried oven baked deer loin
 
Grill or pan-sear to med rare with whatever steak seasoning you like. I wouldn't bake one, I like the char from the grill or the brown crust from a skillet

Char is where the flavor is.

Cokes, alcohol, and processed grains are also high contributors of cholesterol. You ought to consider researching your dietary options before jumping onto a low fat, high grain diet at the suggestion of your cardio doc.

TAFKP is right. The only way I was able to get my cholesterol (and weight for that matter) is by eliminating starch and sugar and replacing with fat. I still eat deer meat, but only after consuming a lot of fat since it is so lean.

I would grill it, but you can do it many ways.
