Not yet. It still needs to be passed by the House then the Senate and then signed by the Governor. There still may be a step or two before all that happens.

Long way to go and there are two different bills on the move on this subject

So it also depends on which bill ultimately becomes law, if it even does

One bill has an amendment proposed to it to require a 50 dollar license for residents and 100 dollar license for non residents. Youth hunters are not exempt from the license.
