I'm not a recruitnik, but UGA is quietly putting together a good class this year. So much for Dalvins brother going to FSU.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/rec ... e-decision

According to 247 Sports, UGA now has commitments from the:
#1 qb in the nation
#1 & #3 rb in the nation
#2 olb
#6 de

They also appear to be leading for the top offensive lineman and a few others. Should be another top 5 class or better.

We'll see if they stick to it, and then if they pan out, but it can't hurt for starting talent or depth in the future.

I absolutely love what Kirby is doing...I am excited to see what the future holds as a Georgia Bulldog

I promise I'm not dogging UF, but I had no idea that they were ranked that high. They got a big commitment from a top 5 pocket passer qb, correct? That and a few receivers, along with a few good OL may be just what McElwain needs to get his offense enstated. He's an offensive guy, but has always recruited defensive players better. Is that the case this class again?

Also, Oregon? Miami? This year's recruiting finish may look a lot different than cycles past

Yep... Corral out of Cali is the QB and he's a player. UF is still in the hunt for a few big names to finish out the 25 recruits.

Alabama way down at #34? Wow haven't they finished first or second for like the last 10 years?

They will probably do the same again this class. Bama always finish strong and most of their kids will pick a hat later in the cycle.

All of the Alabama leans are waiting for Gruden.

Somebody scared of competition. It didn't scare Dalvin, brother not so secure.

He'll definitely have more competition at UGA. They already have a fine stable of established star running backs, and the #1 rb for 2018 coming in, as well. I think that you may be really misinformed or delusional.
